Terms of
Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Renevtech website located at renevtech.com and all related tools, calculators, and services operated by Renevtech ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

1. About Renevtech

2. Use of Website and Tools

Our website includes free engineering tools — including load calculators, solar ROI estimators, and subsidy checkers. These tools are provided for informational and estimation purposes only. Results are not a substitute for a professional on-site engineering assessment.

You agree not to:

• Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems or servers
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest any data from our website in bulk without written permission
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on our website
• Reproduce or redistribute any content from this website without written permission

3. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep product information, pricing, and technical specifications accurate and up-to-date. However, all information on this website is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pricing, availability, and product specifications may change without notice.

Calculator outputs (KVA sizing, backup duration, solar savings, subsidy amounts) are engineering estimates. Actual performance depends on site conditions, installation quality, battery health, grid behaviour, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Lead Capture and Quote Requests

When you submit a contact form, quote request, or solar assessment request, you are providing consent for a Renevtech representative to contact you regarding your enquiry. We do not share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how we handle your data.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, tool interfaces, and code — is the property of Renevtech or its respective brand partners. You may not reproduce, republish, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.

Brand names (Microtek, Exide, Amaron, Okaya, Eastman, Vaaku) are trademarks of their respective owners. Reference to these brands indicates authorized distributor status and does not imply brand ownership.

6. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites including government portals (pmsuryaghar.gov.in, MNRE, BESCOM) and brand partner websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any linked third-party sites.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Renevtech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on any information provided herein — including calculator results, product recommendations, or subsidy estimates.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of this website shall not exceed ₹0 (nil), as this website is provided free of charge.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
